Graduate Programmes
We've got opportunities for talented graduates right across our
business. For an insight into what that means for you, take a
closer look at how the programme works in different areas of our
business.
The graduate programme is designed to offer more than just a job.
Depending on the track you choose, you might switch between
departments, or stay in one department and develop your skills
accordingly.
The programme starts with a one month introduction to the
company, in which you will meet the senior management, visit
various TomTom offices, receiving important training and spend one
week at our Customer Care center which is located in the center of
Amsterdam. During your stay at Customer Care you will come to
understand how our products are valued by their users, our
customers. You will spend one hour per day listening to phone calls
together with a support agent and the rest of the week will be
spent giving you an overview of our products. During your first
month, you will also be introduced to the graduate project on which
you will work for the first year together with your fellow
graduates. You will present the results of this project to senior
management at the end of your first year at TomTom.
In October you will start your job and join the team you will be
working with. All the programmes include mentoring, training and a
graduate group project. This means you will work together in a
multi-disciplinary team for the first year of the programme. Of
course we won't forget the social side of things - enough fun
events will be organized throughout the first year. In addition to
all this, you will also work on a social corporate responsibility
project together with your fellow graduates. We value doing
something for the community around us, and would like you to value
that as well.
