Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding career in a fast-paced, international, consumer-driven organization? TomTom international is looking for recently graduated Masters and PhD students for our TomTom Global Graduate Program.

In this one year program you will start with a group of ambitious, talented students divided over two different tracks: Commercial and Technical. The two tracks together will start with a one month introduction to the company, in which you will meet senior management, visit various TomTom offices, receive important (product) training and spend a few days in the Customer Care center to get an understanding of our customer needs.

During your first month, you will also be introduced to the graduate project on which you will work for the first year together with your fellow graduates. You will present the results of this project to senior management at the end of your first year at TomTom.

In this one year Graduate Program you get the unique experience to be part of aninternational rotation program which will be created tailor made based on your background, experience and aspirations.

This means that you will have the opportunity to work on two 6-months assignments within two different international teams.

Graduate Programmes

We've got opportunities for talented graduates right across our business. For an insight into what that means for you, take a closer look at how the program works in different areas of our business.

The Graduate Program is designed to offer more than just a job. As part of this program you will work on two 6 months assignments in two different teams. You will have the unique opportunity to rotate internationally to enable you to get a great insight in our dynamic, young and internationally focused company.

Next to that, you will be involved in projects, training and you will receive mentoring support:

• Graduate Project: you will work together with the other graduates on developing a new product/ service for TomTom. You will be coached by the Director New Products and you will present your product to senior management at the end of the Graduate year.
• Corporate Social Responsibility project
• Extensive (softskill/ leadership) training
• Mentoring: you will be matched to a mentor which is part of our senior management.

We have defined two different tracks as part of our Graduate Program:

• Commercial Track
• Technical Track

Commercial Track:

Do you have a business / commercial degree? This could be the track for you. You could work in the field of:

• Product Marketing
• Product Management

Technical Track:

Do you have a technical degree and would you love to be part of a product company? This could be the track for you! As part of this program you could work as:

• Software Engineering
• Hardware Engineering
