Consumer comprises several key teams. Together, they're
responsible for the purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain and
operations, sales, supply and distribution of all our Consumer
focused products, services and accessories around the world. This
includes retail and online, and the distribution of Personal
Navigation Devices (PNDs) and Mobile products.
Our commercial operations cover three main business-to-business
groups: Automotive, Work and Licensing.
Automotive
There's a huge untapped market for embedded navigation systems
and services within vehicles around the world. The role of the
Automotive group is to get TomTom technology into the dashboard and
to drive the future demand for embedded systems. Centered in
Eindhoven, they've established a business unit with in-depth
automotive experience. Going forward, there's the potential for
strong growth and a very successful future for the automotive team.

Work
TomTom WORK is fully focused on delivering Connected Navigation
and best-in-class Fleet Management solutions to business clients.
They provide a smart, connected and easy solution for businesses
with any kind and sized commercial vehicle fleet, allowing them to
maintain connection with their vehicles, assets and people on the
road at all times.
With the help of TomTom WORK's technology, fleets can raise
overall efficiency and reduce costs as well as optimize their way
of dispatching jobs and orders. Moreover, fleets are able to locate
and track & trace vehicles to survey them on detailed digital
maps.
Licensing
The Licensing Business Unit delivers the digital maps and
dynamic content that power some of the world's most essential
navigation and location based services. That information is the
foundation for a wide range of personal and locations based
services, in-car navigation systems and mobile and Internet map
applications - ones that help users find the people, places,
products, and services they need, wherever they are. We also work
with business partners and government organizations who trust our
digital map data to deliver critical applications for emergency,
business, fleet, and infrastructure services.
